Please call our office number (405) 721-5555 and speak with one of our receptionists to schedule an appointment with Dr. Dawkins, Dr. Crittenden, Kelly Walworth, PA-C or Jordan Hintze, PA-C. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm. If you feel that you need to be seen quickly for a worrisome growth or flare of your skin condition, please talk with or leave a message with one of our medical assistants. We will make every effort to see you in a timely manner.

Please call during normal office hours if you have questions concerning your treatment or medications. Please leave a message with our medical assistants who are trained to answer medical questions and handle prescription refills and authorizations.
“Messages left” will be returned within 24 hours and often the same day with the exception of messages left after 4:00 p.m. which will be returned the following business day.
