Scheduling Your Visit

Patients are seen by appointment during regular office hours. To help ensure a smooth check-in process, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to verify insurance information, update patient records, and complete any necessary paperwork.

If you are a new patient, our staff will guide you through the registration process and answer any questions you may have before your visit.

Insurance Referrals & Authorizations

Some insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization from your Primary Care Physician (PCP) before specialty care can be provided. If your plan requires authorization, please ensure it is received by our office before scheduling your appointment. Failure to obtain required approvals may result in delays or out-of-pocket expenses.

Family Appointments

If multiple family members would like to be seen on the same day, please let us know when scheduling. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and arrange consecutive appointment times whenever possible.

Appointment Reminders & Cancellations

As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be provided prior to your scheduled visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice so we may offer that time to another patient in need of care. We will assess a $30 No Show Fee for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

Important Information for Minors

Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their initial appointment. Follow-up visits for older teens may be permitted in accordance with clinic policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
